Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
Shipping costs in the Netherlands: PostNL and DHL
€ 3.90 - for orders that fit through the letterbox with track and trace.
€ 6.50 for orders that do not fit through the letterbox and under € 75 with track and trace.
Free for orders from € 75, -
Shipping costs Belgium, Germany and France and other EU countries: PostNL and DHL
€ 9.80 package without track & trace.
€ 13 for all orders with track and trace.
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL and DHL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery, it can also take a few days depending on Sundays and holidays and busyness at the delivery service.
For outside the Netherlands but in the EU this can even take from a few days up to 10 days.
